Product description This Blaser R8 ATZL trigger upgrade kit will let you upgrade a standard Blaser R8 with an ATZL Match-Hunt trigger and ATZL Match-Hunt magazine.

With these, the trigger weight can be switched between two settings.

For match use, a selection switch on the magazine frame can be set for a trigger weight of 250 grammes.

Switching the selector switch to the hunting symbol will change the trigger weight to 650 grammes.

The Blaser R8 ATZL trigger upgrade kit features parts to replace elements in the trigger housing/magazine frame, but also parts for the trigger unit that need to be built into the receiver.

It’s possible to use an ATZL Match-Hunt magazine(frame) in a standard Blaser R8.

The selection switch won’t have a function and the trigger weight will stay standard.

However, a standard magazine won’t fit in a Blaser R8 that has an ATZL Match-Hunt trigger unit installed, as the magazine won’t engage.

The following calibres should not exceed a total length of 90.5 mm:

• .375 Blaser Mag.

• .375 H&H Mag.

• .416 Rem. Mag.

• .458 Lott

Please note: we strongly advise to have the kit installed by a certified specialist.

The trigger needs to be calibrated very precisely with the right equipment.
